Your shopping satisfaction is our #1 priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days to make an exchange or refund the item to us.

We'll exchange or refund your purchase if you:

• Return the item in the same condition in which you received it.
• Return the item within 30 days from the date the order is shipped.
• While you must be responsible for the return shipping charges, we will pay for the reshipment fee.

Exchanges and refunds exclude shipping and handling fees, and gift wrap charges. We will credit your account once we have acknowledged receipt of your returned item. It may take up to 7 business days for processing upon receipt of the returned product. And all returns will be refunded in the form of the original payment method.

* Note: Customer returns for non-damaged goods that received free shipping are subject to $6.99 restocking fee.

How to Return a Product to Us:

• Prior to shipping an item back to us for an exchange or a refund, please email us your purchase details and the reason for your exchange/refund request in order to obtain a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
• Place the item securely in the original package,including the packaging box and all the parts and accessories (if applicable).
• Insure your package and keep a copy of the tracking number.
• Please don't send C.O.D. As much as we'd like to, we can't accept it.
